Revenue from the store directly supports the local community by funding Salvation Army Corps programs and services. The Salvation Army is committed to “Doing the Most Good” by offering holistic, person-centered support to individuals and families. In addition to worship services and pastoral care, the Corps provides short- and long-term case management, food and clothing assistance, utility and rent support, housing resources, and connections to community organizations. The Store Manager oversees the daily store operations, including customer service, staff supervision, inventory management, and pricing. The Store Manager ensures a clean, organized store environment and creates a positive experience for donors and shoppers. The Store Manager maximizes in-kind donations and drives sales through effective merchandising and promotions.
