The Threat Assessment Management (TAM) Champion is a dedicated staff position funded by the BJA STOP Grant (Project TIER). This role serves as the county-wide expert responsible for advancing and standardizing behavioral threat assessment and management (BTAM) practices across all nine ESC-served districts (city and county). The Champion is the key liaison between education, mental health (ADAMHS), and law enforcement, ensuring resources are effectively mapped and utilized to prevent acts of violence and address self-harm.
