About The Position

In this role, the Threading Operator is expected to: Set-up and operate thread rolling, cold heading, and secondary machinery Work with blueprints, operation sheets, and other instructions Perform in process inspections, ensuring consistent qualilty Communicate with supervisor, engineers, quality and other shop personnel to resolve machining or quality issues Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment Maintain an organized, clean and safe working environment

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience; 5+ years experience preferred
Must be able to setup and operate thread rolling equipment
Experience utilizing standard gauges and inspection techniques including documentation
Above all, you have an excellent work ethic and can-do attitude and take pride in the quality of your work and the impact you have within a company

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing aerospace threaded components and/or other close tolerance parts is a plus
