About The Position

Revolution is now hiring for an Operator position in Little Rock, AR. This role will be responsible for processing materials and manufacturing products in an industrial organization.
Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $20/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift.
Must be familiar with resin conveying systems and blenders.
Must be aware of production requirements.
Understand the order sheet specifications.
Troubleshoot machine issues.
Know the quality system; make quality checks on time; verify correct count and label.
Make and handle the product.
Understand the order sheet specifications.
Communicate and coordinate daily issues with your relief.
Attend monthly safety meetings.
Know and help enforce all company policies.
Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
Other duties are assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required
• Must be able to read and understand instructions well
• Must be flexible and willing to work different machines as needed
• Perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization
• Ability to climb ladders/stairs and move about within the plant at various levels/heights
• Able to lift to 50 lbs with assistance
• The position operates on a five-day schedule (Monday–Friday) with 8-hour shifts. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift

Nice To Haves

• Extrusion experience is highly preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
