Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Third Party Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois in River North Chicago, Illinois. Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00AM to 5:30PM; four 10 hour days and one day off per week; weekend and holiday rotations. Compensation: $72,800 to $81,120 per year (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Third Party Nurse Coordinator will:

Requirements

Registered Nurse with current Illinois license in good standing; BSN preferred
Experience in infertility nursing preferred but not required
Excellent work ethics and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time-management, customer service, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment with a high patient volume, while maintaining

Responsibilities

Work closely with physicians and staff to provide exceptional, compassionate patient care
Coordinate all aspects of patient care through evaluation, OI/IUI, IVF, and early pregnancy
Collaborate with Third Party Reproduction Coordinators for cases where a donor or gestational carrier/surrogate is needed
Collaborate with financial coordinators, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians, staff, and others as necessary to coordinate patient’s complete care and service
Perform phlebotomy and process/send out labs as needed
Perform procedures within the RN scope of practice and company policies
Assist with other office duties as needed
