This Consultant III will play a vital role in supporting 3rd Party Medicare Sales and Strategy Operations with the AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) readiness cycle to ensure the successful launch of new KP Medicare Advantage plans onto the various technology platforms used by our external broker partners. In this position you will use project management tools and techniques to develop and oversee AEP readiness activities, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support communication across business units and broker partnerships. During the AEP cycle you will also be a key contributor with three critical bodies of work: 1.) implementation of plan benefit data requirements with external vendors, 2.) facilitation of enrollment file enhancements to meet regulatory and business objectives, and 3.) conduct issue management activities post AEP go-live. As the AEP cycle closes out, this role will support on-going broker operations with enrollment reconciliation efforts, file audits, and sales inquiries. Additionally, during the off-cycle period the Consultant III will have the opportunity to help identify operational gaps, design and implement creative solutions, and collaborate with business partners in adopting new processes. Job Summary: Serves as part of a consulting team to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. Manages moderately complex projects or project components, participates in change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
