About The Position

Thermoforming Manufacturing Process Specialist Let’s get right to it—are you the person who makes a line run better, faster, and more consistently? If you can say “yes” to these, we want to talk: Deep understanding of how materials behave in thermoforming. Hands-on comfort with basic hand tools and production equipment. Ability to spot process improvements and act on them. Confidence operating thermoforming machines and peripherals. Strength in documenting processes and maintaining accurate records. Your impact Work with the Process Team Leader to troubleshoot ongoing processing issues and stabilize operations. Support setups to bring lines into production and actively participate in job start-ups. Partner with corporate engineers on new product development and R&D trial requests. Continuously elevate product quality by following established improvement programs. Commission and start up new equipment, providing process expertise. Keep process definition sheets and tracking systems current and complete. Leverage technical proficiency developed primarily through experience and on-the-job training. Record and maintain all required process and quality data with precision. Take on other duties as needed to support the operation.

Requirements
