About The Position
Join Us as a Skilled Thermoform Set-Up Specialist Step into the pivotal role of a Thermoform Equipment Specialist where each day brings an exciting challenge. In your journey, you'll immerse yourself in: Masterminding transformations through both minor and major changeovers on the bustling production floors using Lyle Thermoforming and OMG equipment. Exercising precision as you remove and load mold inserts both offline in our tool shop and online on the floor. Documenting your hard work by keeping accurate daily records, collaborating with Quality and Supervision to streamline production releases. Tackling basic extrusion operator tasks, offering your expertise in inline changeovers and process troubleshooting. Your daily duties may vary, from participating in the detailed repairs of molds and trim tools to ensure smooth production flow, to performing maintenance on the automated labeling systems. Work closely with maintenance teams, troubleshooting issues to bring the production line back to its prime. Shape and prepare machines for prime-time production, handling initial setups and the crucial establishment of first-run parts. Keep the wheels turning by tracking the continuing manufacturing process, and lending your hand wherever there’s shortfall, aiming to cross the OEE thresholds. Record your adventures and work logs using our CMMS system, managing breakdowns in all their glory. Embrace a culture of order by keeping your work area tidy every day. Requirements
- Experience with Lyle Thermoforming and OMG equipment
