Your shift begins on the production floor, where you ready the thermoforming and roll‑forming lines for a new run. You reference work orders, diagrams, and manufacturer manuals to set machine parameters. As production starts, you monitor throughput and product quality, making on‑the‑fly adjustments so equipment runs safely, accurately, and efficiently. When a line drifts out of spec, you troubleshoot. Sometimes it’s a simple tweak; other times you assist with equipment repairs or modifications under supervision. You perform routine preventive maintenance, collaborate with teammates in the Forming HP area, and step in to help wherever you’re needed. Throughout the shift, you log basic data in the system, communicate updates to your supervisor, and keep an eye on safety and housekeeping.
