Position Summary... What you'll do... Key Responsibilities: Adjust machine settings to optimize production speed, yield, and product quality, while minimizing waste and downtime. Ensure all products are labeled, dated, and packaged according to Walmart’s case-ready standards and food safety protocols. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure packaging meets Walmart’s standards and customer expectations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the thermoforming machine and surrounding equipment. Collaborate with team members for efficient production, including loading/unloading materials and providing support as needed. Participate in training and development to enhance skills in thermoforming operations, food safety, and Walmart’s code of conduct. Report accidents, injuries, or food safety incidents to management immediately and provide detailed incident reports as required. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with others, and adapting to feedback and change. The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $28.80 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
