Position Summary... What you'll do... Key Responsibilities: Monitor weight/price label equipment to ensure accurate label placement on packages. Select appropriate HMI computer screen settings for each production run. Troubleshoot and adjust label applicators and weight issues in real time, reworking rejected products as needed. Maintain label supply to prevent downtime and visually monitor inventory. Adhere to all company safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and operate machinery safely. Report hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately. Participate in safety trainings and maintain cleanliness in work areas. Contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols and demonstrate situational awareness. Prioritize and accomplish work assignments using company policies and available resources. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners, communicating progress and identifying improvement opportunities. The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $28.80 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
