About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... Key Responsibilities: Use HMI to set up equipment with the correct gauge plastic for each product run. Load materials into machines for processing and monitor machinery output to ensure product quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and correct issues during operation, including setting proper suction within HMI and visually checking bag seals for leaks and proper inflation. Clean, maintain, and perform minor repairs on Pacifica machines; report major malfunctions to management. Adhere to all company safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and operate machinery safely. Report hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately. Participate actively in safety trainings and drills. Maintain cleanliness in work areas and contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols. Demonstrate awareness of surroundings to ensure personal and team safety. Complete work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; and recommending improvements. Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback. The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $28.80 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Requirements

  • 1 year's experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • 1 year's experience working with hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.
