Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
- Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
- Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
- Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy services using evidence-based and client-centered approaches
- Develop, implement, and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
- Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing training opportunities
- Build strong therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, trust, and ethical practice
- Collaborate with internal programs and community partners to support continuity of care
