What You'll Do as a Therapist Provide individual therapy using evidence-based practices Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development Attend team meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Support clients with empathy, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving Qualifications Associate Licensure (Utah): CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT OR Full Licensure (Utah): LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to ethical practice, client safety, and professional growth Substance Use Disorder experience preferred Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase Apply Today Ready to make a real impact?
