Join Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) and make a real difference in your community! We’re seeking passionate clinicians to join our Forensic Outpatient Services Team, providing outpatient therapy to individuals involved with the criminal justice system. In this role, you’ll help clients develop goals that meet justice system requirements while supporting their recovery journey. We welcome Master’s-level Unlicensed Therapists (MA in Counseling with Candidate Permit – SWC/LSW, LPCC, or MFT-C), Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT), and Unlicensed/Licensed Psychologists who demonstrate empathy, strong communication skills, and a nonjudgmental approach. You’ll work with a collaborative, adaptable team serving clients referred from probation, parole, Wellness Court, DHS, and those self-referred, including individuals found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI). If you’re ready to bring compassion and expertise to a unique and rewarding setting, we’d love to hear from you! Schedule. We offer flexible work arrangements, either a 5 x 8-hour workweek (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:30 pm) or a 4 x 10-hour workweek (Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 - 6:30 pm). Our hybrid model allows for a mix of remote and in-office work, with an expectation of being in the office four (4) days per week and working from home one (1) day. This schedule may be adjusted based on client and community needs.
