We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to amazing clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in New Bern, NC. Your Role in Our Mission As an Outpatient Therapist with ESPH, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. Licensure: Full or Provisional LCSW or LCMHC | Dual licensure preferred, LCAS Experience in Substance Use services preferred Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy. Requirements

Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Full or Provisional LCSW or LCMHC
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance
