About The Position
As a Crisis Therapist, you will deliver direct clinical services focused on stabilization, safety, and short-term recovery. You will complete intake assessments, provide brief therapeutic interventions, develop crisis care plans, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution.
- Current license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health Board.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or related field (preferably in a stabilization unit or inpatient psychiatric setting).
Nice To Haves
- Experience with trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
