About The Position

Brandermill Woods is seeking a compassionate and energetic Part-Time Activities Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for residents in both our assisted living and health care center. Your work will play an important role in enhancing residents’ quality of life, promoting social interaction, and supporting overall well-being.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends

Nice To Haves

• Experience in senior care, recreation, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing daily activity programs
• Lead group and one-on-one activities (games, crafts, music, exercise, etc.)
• Encourage resident participation and engagement
• Transport residents to and from activities as needed
• Maintain activity supplies and equipment
• Document participation and provide feedback to the Activity Director
