About The Position

The incumbent will carry out thorough ongoing data analysis and provide clerical support for the Alaska Therapeutic Court programs. This position is responsible for reviewing, collating, and analyzing therapeutic court data to produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for internal use and for stakeholders or funders. Duties include performing quality assurance on data entered into AKAIMS, tracking statewide therapeutic court retention and disposition trends, analyzing electronic monitoring data, and reporting on participant exit and satisfaction surveys. The role also supports the Administrative Program Manager by assisting with data compilation for quarterly Medicaid reports and by researching and quantifying court data for inclusion in clear, informative reports. In addition, the position provides clerical and administrative support to Therapeutic Court staff, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, participating in cross-training, and covering administrative functions as needed, along with performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Two years of any combination of postsecondary or vocational experience AND two years of professional or administrative experience in performing complex data entry.
  • Four years of professional or administrative experience in performing complex data entry.
