About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Theme Shop
Laborer. In this role, you will be
part of a team of artist/craftsmen creating custom themed projects
for Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. As part of our leadership team, you’ll
embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring
associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your
professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall
impression of the Kalahari.

Requirements

• Effective English reading and communication skills.
• Ability to do physical work; stand, lift, repetitive motion, etc.
• Desire to continually learn and improve
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Clean and prepare jobsites
• Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies
• Operate hand and power tools as needed
• Ensure that quality control standards are met
