We are currently seeking a TFC Senior Manager of Foster Parent Recruitment, Family Engagement, and Retention to be the statewide change leader for foster parent recruitment, onboarding readiness, and long-term engagement. This role designs and drives consistent systems for lead qualification, orientation, training, documentation readiness, evaluation, approval support, and retention efforts for treatment foster care families-ensuring families are exceptionally prepared to foster youth with special needs and behavioral concerns. The Senior Manager provides direct supervision of the Foster Family Liaison(s) and foster family training activity and exercises significant influence across teams that impa ct the foster parent experience (including teams who do not report directly to this position). This role leads recruitment and engagement strategies, secures and manages recruitment events, builds community and business relationships, and helps establish and implement policies and procedures for foster parent training and evaluation. The Senior Manager ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulatory standards, licensure agency requirements, COA, contracts, and funding entities, and contributes to a culture of service excellence through continuous improvement, coaching, and gentle disruption of ineffective status quo practices

Requirements

  • A doctorate or master's degree in social work from a college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education plus three years of experience in providing casework services to children and families; OR A doctorate or master's degree in a field related to social work such as, but not limited to, sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling with at least four years of experience in providing casework services to children and families in a child-placing agency; OR A baccalaureate degree in any field plus five years of experience in providing casework services to children and families .
  • A minimum of a high school diploma and experience working in customer service, sales, or marketing.
  • Must be comfortable making calls and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written .

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the field of foster care or experience in working with behavioral programs, counseling, and/or skills training is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of program administration is highly desirable
  • Education and/or working experience within the human services field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus.
