WSU Tech is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Proctor to provide a secure, professional testing environment for students. This position administers and monitors computerized and paper-based exams while ensuring compliance with testing standards and college policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree and/or proctoring experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Proctor exams including faculty, certification, and final exams
- Schedule testing appointments and maintain secure materials
- Monitor testing environments and protect student confidentiality
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and communicate with testing vendors
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide coverage at multiple campus testing centers as needed
