The Test Operator role involves operating test equipment and Windows-based computer systems to perform board-level testing. This position requires consistent adherence to detailed instructions, standard operating procedures, and checklists. It also includes basic cleaning, inspection, and preparation of electronic boards before testing, as well as clear and accurate documentation of test results, anomalies, and production data. Collaboration with team members and issue escalation are also part of the role. Responsibilities

  • Operate test equipment and Windows-based computer systems to perform board-level testing
  • Follow detailed instructions, standard operating procedures, and checklists consistently
  • Perform basic cleaning, inspection, and preparation of electronic boards before testing
  • Document test results, anomalies, and production data clearly and accurately
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the testing area
  • Use time efficiently and remain focused during repetitive or structured tasks
  • Lift and move components or equipment up to 20 pounds safely
