Job Title: Vehicle Test Operator
General Details:
Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
Initial contract length is expected to be 2–4 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
This would not convert to bench at the conclusion of the assignment if the engagement ends after 2-4 months.
Position may require travel on short notice, typically within 1–2 weeks.
All travel-related expenses will be covered by Lucid.
1–2 years of experience in a Vehicle Test Operator, Test Driver, or similar vehicle testing role is preferred
Candidate must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
Clean driving record required

• 1–2 years of experience in a Vehicle Test Operator, Test Driver, or similar vehicle testing role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive prototype vehicles on public roads and private test tracks
• Test and support evaluation of ADAS features
• Follow detailed test procedures and safety protocols
• Accurately document findings, vehicle behavior, and issues observed during testing
• Provide clear feedback to engineering and test teams
• Support vehicle validation and data collection activities as needed
