The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Effectors team within the Hardware Discipline Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing Production and Engineering test solutions for all Raytheon products. We are hands-on, designers using the latest technology and tools, and integrating state-of-the-art software solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world.  TEE products are in engineering labs, in the field, and in production environments utilized for weapon system products. TEE has job opportunities across all phases of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, early engineering tests, design verification tests, production, and post-production sustainment. The Test Solutions Team is seeking a Senior Project Lead on our team. As a member of the Project Leader team, you will assist with the development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Tool automation such as Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Microsoft products, assist with Estimates at Complete (EAC) and earned value. You will also be tasked with understanding the One Page Process and how to safeguard and properly release a Technical Data Package (TDP).

Requirements

  • BOE’s and SBT certified: Experience in writing BOEs and using SBT tools.
  • Knowledge of SW languages C, C++ and C#.
  • Knowledge in EACs/LREs and Earned Value.
  • Experience with data analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing multi-disciplined, cross-CPT training on TDP release controls
  • Experience with data analysis and Tools of the data analysis trade
  • Experience with preparing formal program reviews/millstones
  • Experience in assessing and applying government standards to Raytheon processes
  • Experience with maintaining and protecting the integrity of technical data packages.

Responsibilities

  • Helping us automate metrics by creating new tools that help us gain access to data automatically and pivot the team.
  • Help identify areas we can reduce cycle time, reduce reporting errors, manage, and process data faster to provide consolidated information to leadership.
  • Assist with EAC and Earned Value artifact preparation.
  • Understands process and how to safeguard and properly release TDP items, and teach others how to do the same.
