Requirements

• Proficiency in performance testing methodologies and tools such as jmeter and loadrunner.
• Handson experience in designing and executing performance test scenarios.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance test results and identify areas for optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and deliver results on time.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications in jmeter, Loadrunner, or performance testing tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the performance testing team in planning and executing performance tests.
• Develop performance test plans and scripts using jmeter and loadrunner.
• Monitor and analyze application performance metrics during tests.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest remedial actions.
• Generate performance test reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement performance improvements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in performance testing.
