About The Position

This role reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and offers the chance to work on a high-impact team focused on manufacturing support, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement. At RSP, we build custom sensors for the harshest environments from deep in the ocean to outer space. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Apply technical expertise in the development of products and/or processes. Develop manufacturing processes and equipment. Recommend design changes to reduce costs, improve quality and increase product performance. Solve production problems. Participate in plant layout activities. Collaborate with other functional groups, customers or vendors on technical and/or administrative matters. Develop and coordinate manpower, facility and equipment requirements for assigned projects. Administer technical procedures including process and work procedures. Implements industrial engineering system. Participates and may lead lean and six sigma improvement teams.
