  • Actively participate in Sales Order Kick-Off (SOKO) meetings, reviewing proposed vs. contracted testing requirements to close gaps before production release.
  • Actively participate in Sales Order Close-Out (SOCO) meetings, documenting technical lessons learned (e.g., test issues, material obsolescence).
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical personnel to troubleshoot and resolve testing problems, system malfunctions, and data interpretation issues.
  • Actively participate in problem-solving teams related to production anomalies, customer complaints, or field returns.
  • Provide technical support to Program Management, Applications Engineering, and Business Development by generating technical inputs for proposals, including data deliverables and testing cost estimates.
