About The Position

Saluda is a global healthcare company that is redefining Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) therapy through Dose-Control Technology, which measures physiological response. The company leverages automated algorithms, real-time diagnostics, and clinical evidence to innovate beyond conventional methods in neuromodulation. This Territory Manager role is responsible for the comprehensive commercial execution and clinical performance of Saluda's Evoke™ therapy within an assigned sales geography. Key aspects of the role include managing sales, overseeing clinician training, developing sales tactics, and implementing market development strategies. The individual will also be responsible for identifying business opportunities, ensuring effective utilization and penetration of Evoke™ systems to meet revenue commitments, expanding relationships with key opinion leaders and customers, and driving the overall growth agenda. Additionally, the role involves facilitating the collection and dissemination of competitive intelligence and conducting real-world market research to inform marketing messages and product development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant business experience
  • Minimum 3 years prior medical device sales required
  • Documented sales success
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years previous programmable implantable device sales experience
  • 3+ years previous device experience within operating room and strong prior patient follow-up interaction
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time – including overnights

Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales geography

  • Conducts real-world market research to gather design input, market trends, competitive activity, customer perspectives, etc. to help Saluda titrate marketing messages, product development theses, etc.
