About The Position

Optiom is hiring a Territory Manager to drive product adoption across Ontario’s automotive dealership network. You will be on the front lines of our national sales function: identifying, onboarding, and developing dealer relationships that deliver lasting results, and reporting directly on territory performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive sales, warranty products, or B2B business development
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations and service department dynamics
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and conduct effective training sessions for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management to ensure efficient tracking and execution of sales strategies
  • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and comfort with frequent in-territory travel

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience selling F&I products, extended warranties, or embedded insurance solutions
  • Established relationships within Ontario’s automotive dealership community
  • Experience supporting dealer onboarding and co-op marketing programs
  • Background in training dealership staff across F&I and service departments
  • Familiarity with provincial regulatory requirements affecting dealership operations
  • Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand
