This position might work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, or 5 days per week, with 8 hours per day. Our staff work a 24/7/365 operation, and this position is required to be on-call for significant snow events and emergencies, with exceptions for pre-approved leave. The Terminal Operations Supervisor co-leads (with 4 other supervisors) a dynamic team of 15 Terminal Operations Officers who assist in the day-to-day management of the Jeppesen Terminal, Concourses, Federal Inspection Services (FIS) area, and airport roadways, including issues involving passenger flow, customer service, security, international arrivals, certain airport infrastructure and facility issues, roadways, concessions, and airline operations. Terminal Operations Officers also monitor compliance with airport and federal regulations to ensure the safety and security of the traveling public and airport employees.
