About The Position

The Department of Economics at Villanova University seeks two tenure-track positions beginning Fall 2026 at the rank of Assistant Professor. JEL Classifications: E - Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics G - Financial Economics I1 - Health K - Law and Economics L - Industrial Organization Keywords: Applied Microeconomics Business Economics Macroeconomics The selected candidate will possess research and teaching interests in one or more of the fields listed above and be committed to teaching and research of the highest quality. Being situated in the business school, the department is especially interested in individuals with strong applied research skills and an interest in business-related topics. The appointment involves an initial teaching load of two courses per semester, in addition to maintaining an active research agenda leading to high-quality publications. Requirements
