History (Digital History), Tenure-Track Faculty
About The Position
The Department of History at Middle Tennessee State University invites applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position (#126210) in Digital History at the rank of assistant or associate professor. The start date for the position is August 1, 2025. The successful candidate will be expected to teach specialized courses in Digital History and other courses for undergraduates and graduate students. The successful candidate will be expected to teach in and contribute to the Public History Program (MA and PhD) and work with campus partners. Candidates should also have an active research agenda that demonstrates their ability to apply digital tools and methodologies to humanities research.
Requirements
- A terminal degree in history or a closely related field is required by the appointment date.
Responsibilities
