About The Position

The Tenant Services Technician is a contributing team member in providing high-quality, cost-effective installation solutions that increase customer satisfaction, as well as create repeat business and overall profitability. The Technician provides timely response to clients’ requests for day-to-day coordination of small to mid-size furniture moves, space reconfigurations and repair/maintenance of client’s furniture and building amenities.

• Strong organizational, administrative skills.
• Demonstrate commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgement in business transactions to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Must have strong work ethics.
• Experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Comfortable driving 16’ and 24’ vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to light general handyman tasks with a same-day turnaround
• Transport lab equipment and furniture between campus locations and the warehouse
• Support and deploy lab shipments in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Conduct routine audits of lab spaces, conference rooms, and other common areas
• Complete daily work requests and service tickets in a timely manner
• Adhere to all client security protocols and site requirements
• Provide escort support as needed to ensure compliance with site policies
• Regularly lift and/or move heavy equipment and furniture as part of daily operations
