About The Position

The Temporary Support Assistant provides short-term administrative and operational support across assigned departments within First Western Trust. This role offers exposure to a variety of functional areas such as banking operations, trusts, loan operations, Human Capital, and marketing. You will support departmental goals by completing assigned tasks, following procedures, and maintaining compliance standards. This role is ideal for individuals seeking practical experience in financial services while contributing positively to team outcomes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • 0–3 years of work experience; administrative or office experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Expand your knowledge of the inner workings of banking and First Western Trust
  • Gain insight of related/assigned processes, procedures, service offerings and systems regarding financial institutions, trusts, loan operations, HR, marketing, and others as-needed/as wanted
  • Contribute to the goals and work production of assigned department, adding value and demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Follow standard operating procedures and compliance protocols
  • Act as a key contributing member of First Western, by bringing an inquisitive, positive, and professional attitude daily
