About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Support Associate to assist our Inside Sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity—no prior sales experience required. In this role, you will support our Inside Territory Sales Managers by reaching out to customers, helping maintain account activity, and contributing to overall sales growth efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on business and sales experience in a professional environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Reliable and able to follow directions
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)
- No prior sales experience required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Assist with follow-ups on quotes, orders, and general inquiries
- Help maintain customer contact lists and basic account information
- Support Inside Sales with outreach to house accounts
- Document call activity and notes in internal systems
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Learn basic sales processes and customer engagement techniques
