About The Position

Works under immediate supervision to provide clerical and/or typing support in performance of variety of office duties which may be simple to moderately complex in nature.

  • Applicants must meet the minimum education and experience requirements for this position as defined by the job role.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and assign cost of attendance for all students for 2026-2027.
  • Configure, test, and assign financial aid awards for all students for 2026-2027.
  • Ensure all processes needed to process and disburse financial aid for 2026-2027 are running properly (delivered queries & reports, UEM & checklist assignment, communications, etc.)
  • Create/ manage queries to identify students who must be budgeted and/or packaged manually.
  • Produce the required annual debt letter Daily, send and receive files from external services via EdConnect (NSLDS, COD, FPS).
  • Update/Maintain process documentation.
  • Make website updates as needed.
