Join us as a Temporary Special Event Specialist! The Temporary Special Event Specialist is a critical member of the Event Fundraising team, providing high-impact operational, financial, and data support for some of BGCA’s most visible and meaningful fundraising efforts. This role plays an essential behind-the-scenes function, ensuring accuracy, organization, and follow-through across multiple events and initiatives, including Regional Youth of the Year Dinners, Golf events, and the Ross Gala. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, brings strong attention to detail, and enjoys juggling multiple priorities while keeping systems, data, and people aligned. You will work closely with event fundraisers, finance partners, marketing colleagues, and donors, serving as a connector across teams while ensuring that fundraising data, reporting, and event execution are handled with precision and care.
