Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accuracy in data entry, billing, or system configuration work
  • Experience working with contracts, pricing structures, or billing processes (healthcare or DME preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with systems, databases, or operational platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Self-directed, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems

Responsibilities

  • Configure contracted pricing, billing terms, and service parameters within internal systems to ensure accurate invoicing and ordering functionality
  • Translate contract language (fee schedules, terms, amendments) into system configurations and updates
  • Support implementation of new clients and providers by setting up and maintaining accurate system data
  • Maintain and update provider, client, and equipment catalog data to reflect current offerings and contract terms
  • Partner cross-functionally with Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Client Services teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment
  • Perform ongoing system audits and quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy in configuration work
  • Serve as a resource for troubleshooting configuration issues and improving system processes
