Withum is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our Red Bank, NJ office. This will be on-site 5 days per week. This person will perform administrative work involving general office functions, provide support to the administrative team to ensure timely, accurate, and quality projects, and related work as required. Ideally, depending on the hiring timeline, the Temporary Receptionist will be with us from mid-February 2026 until mid- April 2026. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Must process excellent Word, Outlook and Excel skills and ability to quickly learn proprietary software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 55 wpm
  • Ideal candidates must be highly motivated, possess a high level of professionalism, be organized and detail oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a high level of professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • XCM, GoSystems, or experience with other tax software preferred
  • Prior experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Preparing engagement letters and business correspondence
  • Preparing, formatting, and proof reading presentation documents for accuracy
  • Managing information, filing systems, faxing, scanning, copying
  • Covering the reception area as needed
  • Answering phone calls and transferring to appropriate staff members, answering questions, or addressing caller concerns
  • Coordinating conference call and in-house meetings with clients
  • Ordering supplies and organizing them
  • Ordering meals for events and meetings
  • Processing mail
  • Working on special projects
