About The Position

The Program Manager will be a key driver in the execution and operational
success of NOVUS’s most critical media initiatives. Working directly under the
VP of Program Management, you will help bridge the gap between high-level
strategy and tactical execution. You will be responsible for the day-to-day
management of project timelines, resource tracking, and cross-functional
communication to ensure our media, tech, and data programs are delivered on time
and with precision.

Please Note: This is a hybrid position requiring a combination of in-office work
at our Chicago location and remote work from home. The specific schedule will be
finalized upon hire. We are only looking for candidates in/around the Chicago
Metro Area and do not offer relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Tracking: Maintain detailed project plans for media buying, planning, and tech initiatives; manage daily task updates in tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• PMO Support: Assist in building and implementing standardized templates, workflows, and reporting structures to mature the agency’s PMO.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (Investments, Data & Insights, and Tech) to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
• Client Management: Co-leading status calls, agenda, updates and follow ups for dedicated client accounts.
• Resource & Budget Monitoring: Track resource hours and program budgets against forecasts to ensure financial discipline across workstreams.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards within PM tool for leadership, highlighting milestones, blockers, and potential risks.
• Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet the established success criteria and functional requirements.
