Excellent company culture – as recognized by Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces Clean and climate controlled working environment Job Summary Coordinate with production and other departments regarding material shortages and or other problems affecting meeting customer requirements, then modify and adapt production schedules, as needed. The shop floor packets are then initiated. Reports items complete - make sure all material has been issued, report it on hand and issue it to the next assembly or notify program manager, so they can issue shipper Update various production status reports. Enter work orders in MRP system for each manufacturing sales order. Issue changes to accommodate revisions, cancellations and other priorities (as needed). Create and maintain files related to each sales release until order closed. May assign and archive serial numbers for each assembly requiring serialization at some facilities. Adhere to Employee Expectations Policy Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area. Perform other assignments as required
