The Costume Planner supports Operational Costume inventory planning and replenishment for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Inventory Planning weaves science, data, and magic to choreograph the optimal supply of the costumes that create and enrich the experience of our guests and Cast around the world. Using data and analytics combined with a little pixie dust, we strive to have the right Costumes, at the right place, in the right quantity, at the right time. From our Cast Members on Main Street U.S.A. to visitors from a Galaxy Far, Far Away, our goal is to achieve the best possible service level, balancing the inventory needs of our sites with the financial goals of the Costuming business. If selected for this role, you will report to the Area Manager of Costume Planning. This is a Casual Temporary or Seasonal role with no guarantee of weekly working hours, as hours will fluctuate based on business needs.
