Role Overview: For our client, you will be responsible for managing payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing for US and international employees. This includes compliance with legal and corporate requirements, managing payroll systems, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in US and international payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and risk management.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with executive compensation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process on-cycle and off-cycle payroll, including manual checks.
- Ensure payroll compliance, tax payments, and reporting.
- Maintain payroll records and system functionality.
- Support executive benefits such as PSU and RSU.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and perform audits as required.
