Like packing for a journey to Paradise Falls, you’ll gather and upload Child Safety compliance documents, make sure every listing is perfectly in place, and keep our marketplace pages floating high and accurate. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accurate document-to-product matching and submission.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to track multiple compliance cases simultaneously.
• Experience navigating marketplace platforms (e.g., Walmart Seller Center) preferred.
• Effective written communication skills for responding to support cases and providing required documentation.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve listing or compliance-related errors efficiently.
• Must be able to work between operating hours of 8AM-5PM M-F
• Minimum of 25 hrs/week
• 30-39 hrs/week preferred

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain Child Safety compliance documentation within Walmart Seller Center, ensuring all required files are accurately submitted and properly associated with corresponding products.
• Retrieve necessary compliance documents from internal administrative systems and verify accuracy prior to submission.
• Audit marketplace product detail pages to ensure listings are live, accurate, and aligned with submitted product data and compliance materials.
• Configure new product listings across marketplaces, resolving errors and troubleshooting issues related to product setup and activation.
