About The Position

A24 is seeking a Temporary International Sales Coordinator. This role will provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to the International Sales team, with a focus on scheduling, market preparation, and global coordination. This role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the team, supports key film and TV markets, and serves as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role is based in our London office and is expected to last a minimum of six (6) months and is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a strong interest in international film sales and distribution.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven administrative or coordination experience, ideally in film, TV, or media.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel for markets and events when required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of scheduling for the Managing Director, International and 1-2 additional executives during film markets.
  • Coordinate scheduling for internal team and cross-departmental meetings.
  • Prepare expense reports and assist with invoice management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the International Sales team, including data entry and information gathering from internal and external sources, and utilising company tech systems
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Arrange international travel for team members, including securing visas, booking hotels, coordinating local transportation, and handling other travel-related logistics.
  • Assist with logistical and administrative aspects of film markets, including setting up sales offices, booking transportation, welcoming clients, and coordinating technical set-up.
  • Oversee office setup and logistics for sales markets.
  • Organize buyer events in close coordination with the Sales Manager, including screenings, venue bookings, and invitations.
  • Assist with special client-facing events, gifting, and entertainment as needed.
  • Update and distribute sales materials such as crib sheets, sales documents and executive notes ahead of markets.
  • Identify, prepare, and compile materials to ensure the team has the necessary information for meetings, markets, and special projects.
  • Maintain and update sales databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility and ensure fluency in company's tech systems in order to do so
  • Conduct and compile research, including international box office reporting, sales announcements, and ad hoc special projects.
  • Take minutes for UK office sales meetings and circulate to relevant stakeholders.
