Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in international logistics, trade compliance, or shipping documentation (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export/import regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify all international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of all international shipments for audits and reporting.
  • Resolve documentation discrepancies and customs-related issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency.
