You will be responsible for inbound international logistics planning, engineering, financials and daily operations for the component shipments to CC&A United States and Canada GM processing facilities and deliveries directly to customer. Position is responsible for supporting CC&A International Logistics from international supplier regions destined to Canada and United States CC&A facilities for all modes of transportation, in addition to providing logistics support for freight delivering directly to GM customers. This position is to provide synergy that drives to reduce costs, leverage domestic and international networks, and evolve planning capabilities that will achieve CC&A International Logistics budget objectives. One of the main objectives of this position is to identify the operational and planning requirements that are needed to support the overall functions within International Logistics and responsible for supporting any ADHOC requirements that may be requested from either direct or indirect stakeholders.
