The Student Affairs Business Service Center (SABSC) is seeking a temporary Fiscal & Procurement Assistant (up to 20 hours per week) to support core financial operations, procurement processing, and student‑organization transactions. This part‑time role assists with PeopleSoft entries, reimbursements, vendor lookups, student hiring processes, and basic budget support while responding to incoming requests from students, staff, and departments. The position helps ensure timely, accurate processing and provides clear guidance on SABSC policies and procedures. The ideal candidate brings a strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Functional PeopleSoft experience is strongly preferred. As a temporary office pool position, this role is ineligible for benefits.
