Requirements

• 0+ years of experience in fashion, editorial, or sample coordination (internship or freelance experience welcome)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of samples and tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment
• A passion for fashion editorial and a strong awareness of current trends, designers, and industry movements
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Based in New York City with availability to work approximately 21 hours per week in-office

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with brands and PR agencies to track incoming and outgoing samples
• Manage the organization and upkeep of the fashion closet, ensuring all inventory is accurately logged and maintained
• Pack and unpack garment bags and trunks for photo shoots, assisting with on-set setup and breakdown as needed
• Schedule and oversee messengers, couriers, and shipments to support daily fashion operations
• Prepare garment pulls and assist editors with styling needs for shoots, market appointments, and editorial projects
• Maintain detailed records of fashion credits and support editorial accuracy across platforms
• Contribute to digital fashion content by building stories, covering events, and supporting commerce initiatives
• Assist with coordination and scheduling of fashion month events and team activities
